Q: How do I remove the rearview mirror button if it was placed backwards or upside-down?
A: Should the button be mounted incorrectly (e.g. backwards or upside-down), purchase a new button and using the same procedure, mount the new button over the top of the incorrectly mounted button. DO NOT attempt to remove the incorrectly mounted button as this may cause the windshield to break or personal injury.
Q: What if button is not adhering to windshield?
A: Ensure that the cleaner-activator Towelette is directly used to clean the windshield glass where the button is to be placed and let it completely dry without touching glass. Ensure that only one drop of adhesive is applied directly to button to properly secure button to windshield and follow instructions.
